Win for 2XV 50-5

Thanks to the 20 players who turned out and all contributed to an impressive victory. Sunderland were very much on the defensive in the first 15-20 mins. Thanks to great defence from Adam Reay and the midfield of Jordan, Bains and Cowans the 2XV weathered the storm and began to build a momentum that Morpeth, despite their best efforts struggled to contain. Highlights included 2 tries from O'Donovan and 2 tries from Halford. Michael Brace having his gout affected foot stood on was good to see too. The most pleasing aspect was to see elements of our gameplan of runners via 10 being played throughout the match. Man of the match: Adam Reay. Thanks to everyone and see you next Saturday.
