Training every Tuesday 6.30pm at Hillview
Strength and Conditioning Training Thursday 6pm at Ashbrooke - (note S&C Training is £3 per per session)

Sunderland RFC offers some of the best coaching in the area with a range of qualified and experienced RFU coaches. There are specialist coaches to help you improve your skills and the club has links to Durham county, North of England and Newcastle Falcons academy setups.
