Hitting hard, Sunderland's pack quicly penetrated Mowden's determined defensive line with text book tackling from Lewis Irwin and Jack Taylor, following this was a rampant Bryson Robinson who planted four tries giving the Ashbrooke boys an unassailable lead.
Adam Williams got in on the act with Josh Jobling who both crossed the whitewash respectively, to seal victory for the Stormers

The second match saw a development side losing, what seemed, all their stamina as Mowden broke the gain line on more than one occasion.
However, the team showed true grit in the second period as again Jobling burst through Mowden's defence for a try. Ethan Ellis showed his bravery with strong tackling, denying Mowden Park any further advantage.
All this being in vain as the Spartans went down, with Mowden's first half performance proving too much for the boys to peg back.

The final game proved what turned out to be a rights of passage game for the Ashbrooke youngsters.
Relentless in defence, the Stormers took the stuffing out of Mowden's attack with more superb tackling and rucking.
Text-book passing saw Jack Cahill plough over the try line on four separate occasions, putting Sunderland in prime position for their hard fought victory.
Williams and Robinson added further tries to seal the win.
