Sunderland U10's are an all inclusive squad which is always open to new players. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 6pm and Sundays from 10.30 for training and games.

Typically our playing season starts in October and runs through the year ending in late April.

The aim of our coaching team is for the players to enjoy and learn rugby in a safe environment, where players are encouraged to work hard and respect one another while ensuring they learn the skills and teamwork needed to play contact rugby safely and enjoyably.

We welcome any player new or old to the Sunderland U10 squad. If you have a son or daughter who is interested in joining our squad please contact one of our coaching team or simply turn up at Ashbrook Ruby Club on training or home match days (these can be seen on the Sunderland RFC website) .

We aim to provide a fun and friendly environment - with an emphasis on teamwork, respect and enjoyment. At U10's, the game is eight-a-side, with Sunderland RFC running a number of sides, playing friendlies/festivals throughout the season.
